Will other agents ever see my client’s details?
Only you can access your CRM customer records. Avenelis does not open or automatically transfer customer identity, contact details, private notes or budgets to other agents. Portfolio permission never grants access to a customer record.
How do I message international colleagues?
You write in BridgeChat in your language; the other side receives auto-translated text and you get replies translated back.
Does Avenelis manage commissions?
No. Commercial terms are agreed directly between agents. Avenelis does not calculate, collect, hold, split or guarantee commission; it does not verify deeds or settle commission disputes.
Is every country and feature available?
The mission is worldwide collaboration. Current inventory varies by market; verification and pilot feature settings govern access. Joining does not guarantee a partner, a sale or access to every feature.
What happens when permission is withdrawn?
Only current, permitted material should be presented. Expired or revoked source permission closes the related customer material. Copies already downloaded or sent outside Avenelis cannot be recalled by the platform.

Who can use a shared portfolio?
The receiving agent may use only the portfolio material covered by the agreed scope and duration. Permission does not grant access to your client record or unlimited use outside the platform.
